Terms and conditions
Vouchers are valid 12 months from the date of purchase. The gift voucher cannot be used after the expiry date.
Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed
Voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash
All treatments need to be booked in advance on 01702 864044
You will need to bring your voucher with you and exchange it at reception on the day of your booking.
Medical Conditions
If you any allergies, dietary requirements, pregnancy, medical conditions, or had surgery within the next six months then it is your responsibility to notifythe booking advisor at the time of booking. We strongly recommend that you notify the salon on arrival also.
Cancellations
Please note 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
Complaints and comments
Any complaints or comments regarding your treatment should be made in the first instance to the receptionist before you leave Ban Thai Massage and Spa. So it can be resolved at the time.
